Return Policy

Due to the nature that Maria Consuelo Design pieces are made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted. 

In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged upon receipt, please email us within 7 business days with a photo of your unworn piece and a brief description. You must attain a return authorization # prior to sending any merchandise to our office. Maria Consuelo Designs is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged.

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your piece to be produced and shipped.

It is possible for your orders to ship before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as they are complete. You will be notified via email when your item ships.

We ship USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $10.

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. The Maria Consuelo Designs store is powered by Shopify so you can feel 100% confident about your transaction.

Sales Tax

We are required by state law to charge any applicable sales tax. This is the consumer’s responsibility.
